The H stands for many things. Hunger, Heart, Hobby, Happiness, High, Habit. For some, it might even touch darker corners like addiction or loss of control. Food can mean Happiness, Harmony, Hope, Home, Healing, and Humanity. It can also mean Hurt, Haze, Hollow, or Excess. We do not shy away from either side. Food is my H exists because the relationship between humans and food is complex, emotional, and deeply personal.

The Story Behind the Shop
Food is my H was brought to life by Aaga and Jacek. What exists today started in a living room with a small printer, a few blank shirts, and big dreams that felt slightly unrealistic at the time.
There were long nights filled with learning by doing, failed prints, reworked designs, and moments of doubt. Slowly, the playful designs and personal approach began to resonate. First with friends, then with a growing group of people who felt seen by the message.
What began as a side project turned into a business built on persistence, creativity, and a strong sense of community. Every shirt that leaves the shop carries that story. A reminder that meaningful things do not start fully formed. They grow through patience, passion, and repetition.
